Shipping and payment
Delivery
All orders are shipped by our reliable logistics partner, Slovak Post. The standard delivery time for goods is 7-10 days from receipt of the order. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment within the next day to the email address provided in the order.
The prices listed in the price list include VAT. You can send the ordered goods to the address you specify.
Shipping by DPD courier – Orders received and paid for by 5:00 PM will be shipped from our warehouse the next day, delivery by courier to your specified address within Slovakia is on the next business day. Delivery is mostly in the morning, the courier will contact you before delivery and it is possible to agree on an individual delivery time. You can also have the goods sent on delivery and pay the amount to the courier upon receipt of the goods. In cooperation with DPD, we also offer delivery to surrounding countries.

When receiving the shipment, it is necessary to carefully check the number of packages and their condition (whether they are damaged). If you find any discrepancy, you must immediately notify the courier and enter it in the receipt report (for example, damaged packaging, missing package in the shipment, etc.). Later claims for transportation will not be recognized by the carrier.
SMS notification
When ordering, we require a phone number to make it easier for us to inform you about the delivery status of your shipment. One day before the scheduled delivery of the shipment, the recipient will receive an SMS message about the delivery, including the shipment number and the amount of the COD fee in the case of a COD shipment. In addition, on the day of delivery, the recipient will receive an interactive SMS message with a 3-hour delivery time. If the recipient does not agree with the delivery date, they can simply change it by replying to the SMS message.
We usually ship goods within 24-48 hours.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 days, in some cases, especially outside of Slovakia, it can be longer, but a maximum of 10 days.
When ordering multiple items, you pay one shipping fee – the shipping fee does not depend on the weight and size of the package. Packaging is free!

Payment options
- Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)
Of course, you can also pay in cash, cash on delivery. However, if you choose this option, a fee will be charged according to the carrier’s price. The maximum order price for cash on delivery is €100. - Payment via QR code (QR payment or Pay-by-Square) is a modern form of direct transfer to an account. After completing your order, scan the QR code using your bank’s mobile application. All data (IBAN, amount, variable symbol) will be filled in automatically.
- Payment card (prepayment)
A secure option is also payment by card, which requires the card number, card expiration date and CVV code. Personal data passes through the payment gateway, which does not provide this information to us. - Online payment via PayPal
